3. Retention and Use Period
- Member information: until membership withdrawal (immediately deleted upon withdrawal)
- Payment records: retained for 5 years under e-commerce law
- Service usage records: retained for 3 months under communications privacy law
- Uploaded content: automatically deleted within 30 days after rendering completion
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Company does not disclose personal information to third parties in principle. Exceptions include:
- When the user has given prior consent
- When required by law
- Stripe integration for payment processing (only minimum necessary information is shared)

- Security software installation and periodic inspection

The Company uses cookies to provide the Service. Cookies are used to maintain user authentication status and improve convenience. Users may refuse cookie collection via browser settings, though this may limit certain service features.
