Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for use of the Reels QUELSUITE service ("Service") provided by Snake Steak Co., Ltd. ("Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" means the AI-based short-form video auto-creation, editing, and publishing platform provided by the Company.
2. "User" means any person who uses the Service pursuant to these Terms.
3. "Content" means all materials including photos, videos, and text created or uploaded by users through the Service.
4. "Paid Service" means premium features available through monthly subscription or per-item payment.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment)

1. These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Service or otherwise notified to users.
2. The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law, and will provide at least 7 days notice before any amendment takes effect.
3. Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use of the Service and withdraw membership.

Article 4 (Formation of Agreement)

1. The service agreement is formed when the user agrees to these Terms and completes membership registration.
2. The Company provides simplified registration via social login (Kakao, Naver, Google, etc.).
3. Users must provide accurate information upon registration; providing false information may result in service restrictions.

Article 5 (Services)

1. The Company provides the following services:
   • AI-based product shooting guide
   • AI selling-point analysis and subtitle generation
   • AI narration (TTS) generation
   • Video editing and rendering
   • Automatic social media posting (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
2. The Company may modify service content as operationally or technically necessary, and will notify users in advance of such changes.

Article 6 (Paid Services and Payment)

1. Paid services are available as monthly subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Business) or per-video purchases.
2. Payment is processed via credit card (Stripe); subscriptions are automatically renewed monthly.
3. Upon cancellation, the service remains available until the end of the current billing period.
4. Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy.

Article 7 (User Obligations)

1. Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, usage guidelines, and related notices.
2. Users must not:
   • Misappropriate or steal the personal information of others
   • Create or distribute illegal content using the Service
   • Interfere with the stable operation of the Service
   • Access the Service abnormally using automated tools

Article 8 (Content Rights)

1. Copyright in content created by users through the Service belongs to the user.
2. The Company may use user content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, without including personal information.
3. Original images and videos uploaded to the Service may be automatically deleted after a set period following completion of rendering.

Article 9 (Service Restrictions)

The Company may, with prior notice, restrict service use or terminate the agreement if a user violates these Terms or disrupts the normal operation of the Service.

Article 10 (Disclaimers)

1. The Company is not liable for inability to provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or communication service outages.
2. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content (subtitles, narration, shooting guides); the user bears responsibility for final use.
3. The Company is not liable for disputes with third parties arising from content created by users through the Service.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)

1. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. The Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes related to the Service.
